Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, location, professional role or LinkedIn profile, desired timeline, and information about your coaching goals. We also collect limited technical and acquisition information, such as referral category, campaign parameters, device category, and interactions with the site.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to evaluate and respond to coaching applications, communicate with prospective clients, provide requested services, protect the site from abuse, and improve our website and application process.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious event analytics and session replay to understand aggregate website behavior, usability, and form-funnel abandonment. Session replay may record page content, scrolling, clicks, and interactions. Form inputs are masked in the browser so names, email addresses, LinkedIn URLs, and application responses are not intentionally transmitted in recordings. URL query strings are removed from recordings.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers to host the site, process inquiries, deliver email, prevent spam, and provide analytics. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information by contacting us at [email protected]. Applicable law may provide additional rights depending on your location.

Security and changes

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date on this page.
